[sdiy] Balanced/unbalanced inputs?

It's quite easy to convert unbalanced output to impedance-balanced output just by connecting the output to (+) pin of XLR connector and connecting the (-) pin to ground via a resistor which matches the output impedance of the device. If that can' be exactly known or measured then use some value of 60 ohms to 600 ohms (or something in between).
