[sdiy] Top-octave CPLD

Hi all,

That reminds me: I am thinkin about doing a top-octave
CPLD. I'd be a non-direct replacement for the old
Mostek 50240 part. I may even be able to do the 70/30
option. No promises, but hey, I'm good at this. May
have to be 2 chips for the 70/30 option.

Anyone interested?
