the way i see it you either A. add another pedal to your setup (a custom CV 
pedal that you will make from an old spare pedal you have lying 
around...)  or B. mod your volume pedal so that that when you stomp on it, 
it switches into 'CV mode' ouputting the voltage that your resonator needs.
