It's nice JFET, it's the only one ever used. Works quite good in VCO
apps, you only need to tweak the reset RC constant

No, but I'm not sure you'll fit such a large cap in there, otherwise
it's not the problem

no, use some poly ones, esp on glide, but lfo will benefit too (not 
so crucial)

that's part of RC constant you should tweak, I often need a bit larger
cap, 33p or something. not sure if 15 (or 18p) will work...

that's the one in the feedback? not critical at all, you can use 100p
if you want but 33p would be ok
