[sdiy] ASM-1 newbie & cap questions

Hi folks !

building my 1st ASM i'm meeting my first difficulties also in finding
requested parts ...

1 - vco fet should be 2N4856 or 2N4391 - it'd be good also a BF245 ?
2 - i made some errors in my RS order - so now i got polystyrene cap 2200pF
/ 160Vdc !!!
Is too high as a volt value ? I must swap them to 50 vdc ???
3 - as above , also for lfo/glide big cap I got a big ceramic 1,0uF / 100
vdc !  better swap ?
4 - that 18pF cap in vco - i can't find that value so i picked a styrene
15pF - is still good ?
5 - again that 30pF cap in vcf - i can't find them so i picked a styrene
33pF - are still good ?
