[sdiy] ETI vocoder test-oscillator

....I've changed the subject line from last time to make it easier to see
what it's all about..

I've completed the test-oscillator which now works fine. When I get the
time I'll continue with the setting up/testing of the vocoder.
The schematic says it will go from 100Hz to 7KHz. Mine went from around
113HZ to 10KHz! Pretty good.

For those of you who are working on this vocoder as well I've uploaded the
final and corrected strip-board layout of the test-oscillator. In time
(when I figure out the PCB design software I have) I might even draw a
proper PCB of the same circuit.
