You don't REALLY want a 1V/oct phaser... you want a notch filter.
The problem with phasers is that the notches are not harmonically
related... so if you make a multi-stage phaser the notches will not
track.
You could use multiple notch VCF in series, each with 1V/oct tuning...
then
spread them as you like... and they would all track at 1V/oct.
