[sdiy] What the hell is a Kriminiser?

Its actually kind of a silly module, intended to make 'police car' like
sounds, not worth building or looking into IMHO.

Its not a real German word either =) Its something they made up out of
'krimi' (crime) and 'sizer' (from synthesizer).
