That's true..I don't see them too often but I'm sure they're available
a bunch of places. SMA's would still take up less space, but using
BNC's would still be an attractive option if one could find the double
ended BNC female adapters that were panel mount (hope everybody knows
what I'm referring to) without the bayonets on them. That way it could
be done with a single panel rather than a more complex assembly with
front and back panels (like most 1/4 patch bays) No normallization,
but very easy to build.
