[sdiy] Step Drills...

    Just used a step drill for the first time last night...had to, a
regular twist drill would not have done the job...needed to enlarge some
holes from 5/16" to 3/8" on an already painted panel.  It did the job,
without doing any significant damage to the paint.

    The only problem I had with the step drill was that it is not at all
convenient to use on my mill-drill.  It has a milling table, where as a
drill press has a table with a hole in it.  I had to rig up a block of
wood with a hole in it to use the step drill...sort of a pain.
