[sdiy] moogfooger stomp switches

spent the weekend with the BB lowpass and ring mod and
besides being impressed with the pedals, was *really*
impressed with the stomp switch.  so smooth!  i've
never used a pedal with a switch that nice.  where do
i get em?  surely they must be in production...
