[sdiy] Roland GK pickup pinout, anyone?

Hey all-

I'm looking for the pinout for the Roland GK-2A pickup.  Anybody know what 
kind of jack this is - is it some kind of weird 13 pin DIN, or what?

Google wasn't much help, and I'm to lazy to disassemble a fragile and 
expensive pickup for this weird notion...

I'm considering a custom breakout box as part of a larger pedalboard 
scheme... I think all six strings are brought out separately on the cable.
