Nice one, Hallvard.  Perhaps this is a good prompt to set-up some kind of
message footer with an unsubscribe link in it?  The Audio-FPGA list, run
on Topica, has a footer on each message with a URL or email address to
unsubscribe.

An alternative that Rick may be able to implement is adding some extra
fields to the email headers:

List-Help: <http://www.euronet.nl/~rja/Emusic/Synth-diy/>
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:majordomo at dropmix.xs4all.nl?Body=unsubscribe%20synth-diy>
List-Subscribe: <mailto:majordomo at dropmix.xs4all.nl?Body=subscribe%20synth-diy>
List-Post: <mailto: synth-diy at dropmix.xs4all.nl>
List-Archive: <http://dropmix.xs4all.nl/synth-diy/Archive/>

More and more email clients are able to read these fields (Pine does :-)
and do something sensible with them too.
