[sdiy] Sub-list for S-DIY Pacific Northwest USA event

Howdy,
I made a temporary yahoo group list called sdiy_pnw for the 
upcoming Pacific Northwest S-DIY get together. There's no 
reason we have to use this if there is a better list thing or if 
someone doesn't want to deal with yahoo.
