[sdiy] Schematic to PCB problems

You may want to print your layout on regular transparency film and use
photosensitive boards.

I've had very good results using photosensitive boards from
http://www.web-tronics.com/printed-circuit-board-supplies.html

I exposed them for 8 minutes under a pair of 40W flourescents.

You don't need fansy developer tanks or anything.  I just used a regular
pyrex casserole dish.  I heat the soultion in the oven then keep it warm on
the electric stove on low.  Also consider using TINNIT to tin the board
after etching.  Makes it easier to solder and prevents oxidization...
