Are the ADC and the processor fast enough for this? It has to catch the
maximum, this might be present for a pretty short time.
I built a similar thing, but I used a peak-hold like it is described in
Horowitz & Hill for each sensor. The peak-holds are reset by small
MOSFETs (BS170) which are controlled by the microprocessor. Once the
processor detects that a sensor was hit, it resets the peak-hold.
I didn't use piezos as sensors but tiny loudspeakers instead (just
because I got them cheap).
