HA!! The rest of us may well be convinced, but Quebec will 
demand a "separate" frequency (25 Hz would fit their sense 
of "culture" I imagine), and all the rest of Canada will be 
required to provide 25Hz power to visiting French Canadians 
while 55Hz will be completely banned in Quebec. ;-)
