Allied, Digikey, and Newark all have canadian distribution centres.
I've done online ordering with them all and gotten stuff within 48
hours, no customs hassles whatsoever. Digikey and Newark can also
give you quotes in CDN dollars, but Allied will bill you in US
dollars.
