[sdiy] Lazertran for panel artwork

Hi Paul..there is a difficulty using lazertran on panels with a dark/black
colour.
The image on lazertran is rather like that on a transparency..the colours
are
somewhat translucent and so require a lightish background to make the
coloured legend
visible. Its not possible to get eg white artwork from this process..so no
moog style panels I fear!
This is why the panels I made with lazertran are ivory coloured..it shows
up the artwork very well.
Maybe worth scouring the web again..the technology of toner transfer is
rapidly developing..so
maybe a product that can produce 'white legend' is just around the corner.
