If you're in the states, check around the websites for the surplus folks.
(Alltronics, allcorp, gateway electronics, Marlin P Jones, etc)  There have
been a bunch of Power One +/- 15V supplies around the last couple years.  I
bought a couple at $17 each, IIRC, and they work just fine, particularly for
the price...I think the provide something like .8A on each rail.
