         Perhaps I should have put this in the previous mail but I just ran 
across this and thought "What a grand scheme" Dunno if it works or how well 
it works but 10 points for effort

Click on multimeter.

Basically it's an LRC meter using a PC sound card. Some people are just 
smartasses.

The guy's English is a bit of a stretch, - actually his English reads like 
Yoda's script from the last starwars movie. - but you'll get what he's on 
about. (I think?)
