 Casio is actually pretty good here in the US for providing old manuals.
Just call 973-252-7570 - 9:00AM-5:00PM EST Mon-Fri. Sent me a manual 
for the CZ-230S last month, no charge at all. Don't expect to find the
connector pin-out in the user manual though.
 Probably find these in the service manual. The official Casio source is
Howard SAMS at 1-800-428-7267. A bit expensive though for what you get.
I recently acquired the CZ-1 and CZ-101 service manuals. Around $30
each,
and just unbound copies. Very useful for hacking the CZ's though.
 Now if I could just find a way to hack the CZ wave forms into the VZ
series,
I would be in Casio heaven. :-)
