If I only could make a slice of my soldering point and wath it under
electrone microscope...

and yes, I must agree, soldering with lead-free requires much attention.
When I turned back to leaded solder I could actually listen to my
girlfriend and not only say "aha, yes honey" while soldering ;)

__Ag melts higher temperature than that of Sn, so Ag first come out as

__3)Matt surface of lead-free solder is not always bad.
__The surface of good soldering with lead-free solder is oftn not so
__shine, because its compounds come out of the surface.

__4)As answers 2&3, it is not certain which is sooner.

__I think lead-free solder is very difficult.
__Because its high melting point and stickiness.
