Mike Murphy (aka Dr. Mabuse) has been prototyping many interesting random
voltage and pulse generator modules, under the name "Modern Implement
Company".

Mike has taken the ideas in the Buchla "Source of Uncertainty" modules to
the next level and beyond.

I put up a page of Mike's hand drawn block diagrams for such things as "The
Feminine Prerogative Based Control Voltage Source", "The Jackelope", "Mrs.
Sputterworks", "The Rube Goldberg Function Generator" and other creations of
the mad doctors soldering iron.
