Yup, the free version, Eagle Lite, is downloadable from their website:
http://www.cadsoft.de
The latest version seems to be 4.09r2, and is available for both Windows
and Linux.
Oh, and its free, so you don't need to search for a "cracked" version :)
You can pay $49 for a printed manual and stuff, but if you just want the
program, download it and run the installer.
Oh, the free version has some limits (one schematic sheet, two PCB layers,
size restriction to 100mm x 80mm) but is otherwise completely functional.
There are also two higher levels of package which you pays for, like
anything else. See their site for details.
