What you've got there is 4 caps in a single can.
( at least 4 caps, I dont know what the 1013 number is unless its a part
number you've just wedged into the column )
if you look on the bottom of the cap next to the pins you'll find those
same symbols to mark the leads of the caps. Negative will be common.
Hard to find new caps built like that, especially ones with many values.
You can replace it with a bundle of seperate caps. If you are a stickler
for making it look right and can find small enough modern caps, you could
make a small circuit board with the caps on it, gut the old cap, and wedge
the board in. Only been successfull doing this a few times because its
such a tight fit and usually you cant fit all the caps in the casing.
