[sdiy] TCPA / Palladium -- more trouble for DIYers & hardware hackers

I'd like to do this, but uh, Sonic Foundry doesn't make ACID or
Sound forge for Linux.  Nor does RME make Linux drivers for their
audio cards.  And I certainly do not have the time or the know-
how to do it...  I would love to get rid of M$...
