    This should be real easy...in fact, better watch out for feature creep...

    You will need two VCA's (Voltage Controlled Amplifiers) and an LFO with an
inverterd output...triangle wave would probably be OK, but Sine wave is
better...and if you want to feature creep it...Four VCA's and a Quadrature Sine
wave output (four sine wave with 90 degree phase relationship).  This way you
can make a surround pan....

    As far as schematics for the modules...there are many places.  My website
has several schematics of various things, although, you might have to dig a bit
to find what you want ( http://www.silcom.com/~patchell ).  There are a lot of
other sites with various schematics as well.  Don't have them handy, others will
post their's as well...

    If you are still not sure, I am sure one of us can cook up something quick
and dirty for you to try...
