I'd had mine operating over a frequency range of 21 octaves of which
about 20 was near any exponential curve. The measurements where not
that good (taken with a Tek scope, which has realy bad resolution) and
needs to be remade. There where not tricks involved in getting this
range thought.
Mine peaked at about 160 kHz, so did also a certain Moog modular ;O)
