    It is difficult to say if the LM13600 will be quiet enough or not, it
would depend on your application.  You might have to build up one channel as
see for yourself.

    Also, are you inteding on using the linearizing diodes?  The advantage
of using them is you will improve the S/N a bit by using them, at the
expense of having an abrupt saturation.

    If you are talking about the same single PNP CV converter that I am
thinking of, yes, it should be adequate.  I use it in applications like this
quite a bit.

    As far as a schematic, I would look at the National data sheet.  If you
can't find the LM13600, the LM13700 data sheet should do, as the parts are
identical except for the way the darlingtons are biased.  If you are making
a mixer, you probably won't be using the darlington anyway...
