   Just a non really synth related question, but I'm looking for a simple RIAA
   preamp schemantic.. a simple but good one. I've been looking around the web
   and found a lot of schemantics but...

The classic National Semiconductor Audio Handbook has a bunch of RIAA
preamp schematics.  It was recently reprinted by the folks at New
Colony Sound / Audio Amateur:

Marshall Leach published a very highly regarded preamp in Audio
magazine in 1977.  He has a copy of the article on his web site (along
