Well, it all depends.  Is the pickup placed correctly, have you given your
technique a little time to adjust, does your technique lend itself to MIDI
guitar in the first place, and most importantly how good is your guitar
synth?

I had one, and I eventually learned to play it accurately and fast.  And,
I had an AXON AX-100 which tracked, to my ears, in real time most of
the time.

But in the end, it just never really felt natural, so I decided to sell it.
Incidentally I still have it if anybody is interested... after that wonderful
endorsement...
