Been there. A few times.

One regret I have. I was offered an engineering manager position but
declined. The young moron that took the position was totally unprepared. No
social skills at all. I should have taken the position, if only for
self-preservation and to protect my co-workers. The work environment is
almost always political.

But, I am where I belong for now. It is rewarding when students in my class
succeed. My passion is to assist others to discover their passion.
