Hi All,
I have a burnt zener diode on a sh-101, am trying to
find a replacement.
Unfortunately, the markings on the diode are scraped
or worn off. The service manual I have has only an
unspecific list of diode part numbers. I can see part
of what looks to be a motorola logo.
I called Roland and got a "generic" part number
although they didn't know the specs on the diode. They
said it would take approx 2 months to get it in stock.
:(
diode D3 on the main synth board
generic # 05Z-36Y
roland # 15019637
The diode is larger than most diodes I've seen, has a
silver metallic coating or shell.
Anyone know the specs on this diode or what would be a
suitable replacement?
Thanks much
Rob
