I think I've seen powedercoat kits in 'J.C. Whitney (everything
automotive)' catalogs. I'm pretty sure they have anodizing kits
too.. Hrmm, as I type this, I seem to think that the powdercoat kits
were seen in an amateur racing magazine perhaps... either way, I think
they are out there. Size being limited to your oven. Maybe a
makeshift heat-room could be made, aluminium foil and heat lamps?
