[sdiy] OT: Transistor Testers

I had a Sencore. It worked well. However, there was a warning on the one I
had, something about a capacitor that would fail if not used regularly, or
something like that. I didn't use it for awhile. It failed. Too many years
ago to remember the details accurately.

It is easy enough to throw a circuit together for testing. What are you
looking for? Beta?
