Looks nice :)
But i think some of the units, especially the midi foot switches, 
could do with a merge function to be more usable.

The midi keyboard encoder can handle 128 switches.
However it is listed as 32 voice poly, but is not velo sensitive.
A bit strange, a unfinished project perhaps?
Then again I don't have 32 fingers and implementing velo 
is only a soft ware problem.

Very nice stuff, probably most interesting for pp who are into 
PIC programming ;)
