[sdiy] TDA 4070 chip??

Does anybody know what this chip might be?

Did a search with my supplier they don't have them.

It's an old ITT chip again.

I can't figure out what it does in my circuit. It has 10 square wave inputs and gives 10 stepped square wave outputs but some how modulated.(Very strange)
