I'd add to this list Crystal (or Cirrus Logic now).
I got from them a few top of the range audio ADCs and DACs as samples.
Not to mention single-chip wavetable synthesizer. Discontinued now :(

It's good to use your day job details rather than home address when
requesting samples, even if your company has nothing to do with electronics.
