National Semiconductor (? i forget)

and others...

Not all devices are available. If you want really expensive devices you
may need to talk to a rep (salesman) to get that OK'd.  Usually the
lowest grades are sample material...

And watch out for the package info... you may be asking for an SMT
device which you may (or may not) want.
