Primarily high spatial frequency luminance information and sidebands from the
3.58 MHz color subcarrier. This corresponds to the fine detail parts of the
image. You would not see much energy at 4.1 MHz if you are televising a blank
wall. You would see 4.1 MHz energy if you were televising a detailed object.
