[sdiy] midi to cv/gate

Hmmm....  There are still some good things to buy... freeing up valuable
time for more WORTHY diy.  I'm not saying this is one of them.. but
for example ;^P

1) Buy a cheap Digital Delay

2) Do NOT build a diy Bucket Brigade Delay  (BBD)

3) Build some cool filter, oscillator, envelope generator, lfo, VCA...

4) anything except #2 above
