Oh, come on!  That's the fun part.  That's like using an 8 bit
microcontroller and saying not to use assembly code.

Xilinx's tips are meant to keep them from having to support complex,
nonscalable designs.  Unfortunately, they can also keep you from getting
the most out of the FPGA.
