    If you are in Canada, check out Advanced Circuits.  You can get boards
made in small quantities (2-5) with a 5 day turn for $33 each.  For very
small quantities, prices like this are hard to beet (there are a couple
other places that have similar deals).  And these are boards that come with
silk screen, solder mask and solder plating.  I have gotten two sets of
boards made using this deal.  I cannot complain about the quality.
