[sdiy] etching fabs

here's what I find cheap (rough prices, cannot remember exactly):

1-sided 4 EUR / sq dm
2-sided 8 EUR / sq dm
all with soldermask (2-sided hole platted of course) no matter how many
holes of how many sizes. At quantities starting from one. Total order
smaller than 1sqdm is charged as whole sqdm. Discounts start above 10 sqdm.
Maybe not the best quality of the world, but I've seen much worse for much
bigger money.

unfortunately it's in Poland, not in Germany, so probably no use for Nils...
