www.linearsystems.com in USA sell matched jfets, mosfets, & transistors,
according to their ad in Nuts&Volts magazine.

I find it is difficult to match transistors by hand due to havint to keep 
them all at the same temp & not use fingers when holding them.
I guess matching fets wd be easier!
