[sdiy] Midi opto isolators

PC900s aren't too hard to find, they aren't really common but they
are still made. I got two sets of five FREE from sharp through two
different places using the computer engineering student rap. I only
was asking around and didn't actually order them. I only needed one
for my MX8 and still have 9 in case :)
