[sdiy] TMS7000 disassembler ?

Hi,
just wondered if anyone knew if there was a disassembler available for
the Texas TMS7000 cpu ?
there is an assembler listed at 
http://www.programmersheaven.com/default.htm
but not a disassembler .
It seems the Siel dk80 uses the tms7000 cpu but with an external rom ,
and I'm interested in the posibility of understanding the code .
