  I get them from FAI (Future Active Industrial) Electronics. $3.38ea qty 
25, $3.04ea qty 50 or 100, $2.65ea qty 125+.  Note that they are sold in 
multiples of 25 pieces.  Newark Electonics has them in single quantity, 
but expect to pay more ($5) each.  Worth it though--my favorite OTA.

 You might also ask Jim Patchell if he has any left for sale.
