Nanofarad is too new for me to deal with. It hasn't seemed to catch on with
any engineers I know either. People seem to think a nano sounds smaller than
a pico (Spanish influence?)

In early radio work (the spark coil hams that took me under wing as a teen)
everything was spec'ed from uF or pF. I still can not break the habit.

Who needs a new name for messily 10^3 change ;^?
